  • Most asphalt plants in the Delaware Valley close between December 10th & December 20th for their regular schedule with 2-5 reopening after January 2nd for "Winter Schedule"
  • Most concrete plants operate 12 months a year, however, concrete is best installed prior to the ground freezing
  • Parking Lot Asphalt Sealcoating is completed until October 31st
  • Hot Rubberized Crack Sealing is completed typically until the first snow / ice event where salt gets into the cracks
