Resurfacing Concrete With Asphalt

Do you have a concrete parking lot or pavement surface that is deteriorated?

The cost to remove and replace concrete is typically 75% more expensive than asphalt

WE HAVE A COST EFFECTIVE SOLUTION... We can inspect your concrete parking lot, loading dock area or drive lane and if our inspection reveals there is limited vertical movement in the substrate we can provide a cost-effective resurfacing solution with hot mix asphalt!

WE ALWAYS LOOK TO VALUE ENGINEER OUR CLIENTS PROPERTIES ANYTIME THERE IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR COST SAVINGS WITHOUT SACRIFICING THE INTEGRITY OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT.

Concrete is an extremely durable substrate material to install asphalt over when the concrete has reached the end of its 20-30 year life cycle. By performing the proper preparation steps, a 2" - 3" layer of NJDOT I-4 HD hot mix asphalt can be installed over the concrete for a new wearing surface. If you put a preventative maintenance plan in place and sealcoat every 3 years you will extend the life of the asphalt surface to another 20-30 year service life for 75% less than concrete removal and replacement. concrete
