This process involves preparing the asphalt pavement surface, applying the asphalt, and then compacting it to create a smooth, durable surface. It is typically done by professional paving contractors who have the equipment and expertise to ensure a high-quality result. Asphalt paving in the winter can be challenging due to colder temperatures, which can affect the quality of the asphalt mix and the curing process.
