I have completed thousands of projects in every state on the East Coast from Augusta Maine to a property for a National REIT at the very end of I-95 in Miami Florida and every state in between. I have personally helped in emergencies where a National Facility Manager has called me at 3 PM on a Sunday while I was en-route to dinner with my family to tell me a store just had two catch basin lids stolen from the parking lot and like a fighter pilot I deviated from the course, stopped at Lowes to grab a piece of plywood along with caution tape and cones, strapped it to the roof of my Tahoe, secured the parking lot and still made it to my in-laws on time. I have scoped, quoted and managed projects as small as an emergency pothole in front of a store to rehabilitating an entire 500,000 sq ft parking lot. No matter what size project you have I have seen it, done it, fixed it, went back and fixed it after a client wasn't happy all with the goal of 100% satisfaction at the end result.
