Brahney Industries is a master corporation which is organized into several subsidiaries which have specific market specializations. The subsidiaries include:

Brahney Industries was formed in January 2001 with its first subsidiary, Driveway Guardian which was organized as a working model for a residential driveway seal coating franchise developed by Steven Brahney.

In January 2002, it was decided that the business would start to focus on serving large national accounts on an exclusive basis and expanding our services and geographic service radius from New Jersey to the Tri-State area from April – October and to South Florida from November to March. In 2002 we were able to acquire two national accounts that had properties in both regions we serviced.

In January 2003, Brahney Pavement Solutions was formed to be a National Service Provider and a single source provider for complete turn-key pavement maintenance and management systems that would market itself exclusively to large REIT’s and national accounts. In 2003, we acquired four additional national accounts and our accelerated growth began.

In April 2005 we registered (877) FIX-ASPHALT to introduce into our marketing plan to develop brand recognition and combat a large number of National Service Providers who were entering into our trade and using unqualified sub-contractors to perform “sub-standard” workmanship. In June 2005 we registered Asphalt Recycling Technology for our newly formed asphalt recycling division.

In 2006 we acquired several more National Accounts and started to focus our marketing plan to target both local regional and national accounts. In addition, we implemented our second phase of our growth strategy and our business doubled in size.

We enter into 2007 with a very positive outlook. We feel this is going to be our largest year for success to date.
